Floating Tea Light Candle Holder

At a restaurant I visited a while back, they had some cool floating tea lights as centerpieces on the tables. They looked super classy, so I bought some stuff to make my own. The candle kept tipping over and floating to the edges of the glass, however, so I designed this simple thing to both keep the candle afloat above the water and also keep it at least a little ways from the edges of the vase.
