E3D Volcano Nozzle Holder

This is a simple nozzle holder for the E3D volcano hot end. It holds all 5 currently available nozzles, with a group of pips below each. Each pip stands for .2mm of nozzle with (2 for .4, 5 for 1 etc) The holes on the outside are 5mm and should allow it to be attached to an extruded aluminum frame or mounted via a zip tie.
