Kossel Mini Effecttor plate fan Mount enhancement

The default Fan mount of my Kossel Mini kit is very ugly. Only two of the holes have bolts and the fan is hanging at the side of the effector. As a result, when printing big objects the fan touches and plucks the belt of the Y post. It means you cannot print a 180mm diameter circle. The print areas is reduced because of this.

I created this mount so that I can move the fan closer to the hot end saving some print-bed real estate. After using this mount, the hot and can now go upto 2cm from the
