up mini wind barrier + front air flow

The up mini 3D needs some help to print PLA well. During long prints, extruder makes a lot of *clunk* sounds and losts steps.

The front air flow is optional, can supports 40x40mm fan, and led strip at the bottom. It helps to keep the extruder stepper cool.
