Folger 2020 i3 X Belt Tensioner

Needed a smaller version of thinkyhead's X tensioner to fit between my X axis stepper motor and print head. Prior design on the opposite side limited build size and broke after 5 prints.

Assemble with two long M3 screws, 1 M3 nut (to clamp/hold together), and two F623Z bearings (two 623ZZ bearings will work also)
