Insignia (Best Buy) 19" TV/Monitor Center Stand

I purchased an Insignia (Best Buy) 19" LCD TV for double duty as a computer monitor and TV. (This is an incredible TV/Monitor with HDMI inputs, USB, Digital audio, crystal clear image, for $90)
The only problem I had with it is the factory "legs" on the right and left sides that hold the TV vertical. I needed to have it angled back and noticed there is an additional center mounting flange on the bottom of it.
