Belt tensioner for Lulzbot TAZ

I am building a oversized Lulzbot TAZ printer and was having a hard time getting the belts tight with the stock set up so I came up with this. It works by twisting the leaver and causing the belt to wrap around taking up the slack. Then just tighten the M5 screw and done.

Added the mounting bracket for the Y carriage. This uses the same parts as the X carriage as well except for the one part.
