M3-A Bin for Harbor Freight Organizer (X-Wing TMG)

Bin to hold that M3-A that you never use :(.

This is based off a blank from [Kariko83](https://github.com/Kariko83/X-wing-Custom-Storage-Bins), although I've modified it some to reduce the free space under the wings.

These are GPL'd, because that is the license that Kariko83 chose for his blanks. I've included the relevant source here as appropriate.
