'15-'18 Ford Focus Cupholder Insert

Welcome! This model is meant to solve a simple, but elusive problem... Expensive replacement parts! This particular piece of silicone (The OEM one) costs around $40 new (EACH) and isn't exactly easy to find elsewhere... $80 for a set of cupholder inserts that I can print for *significantly* less? I don't think so... So here we are.

The specific one pictured was printed with Black PLA at 0.20mm layer height, 15% infill, no rafts, no supports. Higher definition layer height is encouraged, and anything above 10% infill should be just fine. Infill does not seem to affect rigidity of the plastic, so that is up to you.

NOTE!!! Make sure to sand down the edges of this print! The edges can be very sharp and will definitely leave marks in your cupholder if they are left un-sanded. I also suggest smoothing the print in general with acetone, if possible.
