150 FPV Racer

This is a simple but effective 150 sized FPV racer frame. The bottom plate is 4mm thick so is very strong. Plus you can change your infill settings to achieve the strength or weight you desire. The top plate is 2.5mm thick. With an infill of 20% this quad frame is virtually indestructible without being too heavy.

I use 20mm spacers between the top and bottom plates. In the centre is the correct sized mounting holes for a Naze32 or similar sized flight control board (F303 etc..). There is ample space at the front for an FPV camera and TX (see recommended list below) and space at the back for standard sized receivers. In terms of motor, 1304/1306 sized motors are perfect. This frame is designed for 3 Inch propellers.

I printed with PLA but ABS would also work fine. However, remember to account for the shrinkage commonly experienced with ABS.
