150g Fork Wedge Battlebot

Wedge Robot This is a 150g combat robot. I'm attaching the .STEP file as well for those who want to edit.

Please note as shown this robot does not hit 150g. The robot sits at about 175g as configured. The suggested wheels are 45g for the four. Easiest way to make weight is to use lighter 28mm wheels.



**Notes:**

Forks can be printed or laser cut from 6mm Titanium. Upload the DXF to SendCutSend.com

The N20s are a snug fit in the chassis. But I use a ziptie just to make sure they are secure.

Use M3 Heatset inserts on the front of the body to attach the wedge mount.

Use #3 Plastite screws for the top panels.
