What you'll need:
-This print
-Metal bar stock. 1 inch or 2.5cm wide, 1/8 inch or 3mm thick.
-a Hacksaw
Pretty specific. This is a mitre box for cutting 150mm blanks for Antweight(UK) / Fairyweight(US) robots. You slide a 1 inch wide 1/8 inch thick piece of barstock (aluminum/titanium/steel) into the mitre box and cut it with a hacksaw. The holes in the back are dual purpose:
1) it saves filament
2) when you are left with a burr on the end of your stock you can push through the holes to make it easier to get your cut out.
You probably want to print this fairly solid (i think i did 50%) as you're going to be using this with a hacksaw. You also want to make sure you get a really clean print on the first few layers and that you remember to remove that dangley bit a filament off your nozzle before you start printing because if you have a bit of filament trapped down there you won't be able to fully insert your stock. I added a hole pattern on the back for mounting to a 1806 br
