Prusa i3 RAMPS mount

Needed some mount to attach the ATMega / RAMPS combo to my Prusa i3 frame leaving sufficient clearance for the Y-stepper motor to move up and down. Having designed the first itteration, cable management could be improved resulting in the version shown here.

Designed a left and right side mount as hole distance is different at both sides.
