Pedal Bin Hinge Fix

This will fix the broken lifter mount on a very common type of sorting rubbish bin (aka trash can).

These bins have been sold globally under numerous brands eg "Crofton" (Aldi), "Kmart", "Walmart" etc.

The arm attachment was poorly engineered with only a few mm of plastic to hold the lid in place.
