Sensor mount for E3D Titan extruder 18 & 12mm.

I loved AnthonyQ's incorporation of the fan and BL Touch sensor mount into the space for the new E3D Titan extruder but I needed one for an 18mm Inductive Sensor. This is a remix of AnthonyQ's part to facilitate that. I also have a mount for 12mm sensors if anybody wants it. I used TinkerCad to modify AnthonyQ's mount, I have printed it up and it works great.
