Prusa i3 inductive sensor mount

A simple design to hold a inductive sensor (I use a LJ12A3-4-Z/BY) for the BQ Prusa I3.

Remove the printed blower nozzle from the extruder and place the sensor mount on top of it. You will need to replace the M3 x 20 mm with a 25 mm screw.
