E3D V6 hot-end single and dual adapter for Replicator 1, 2 or Clones

This is an adapter for Single or Double E3D V6 hot-end for Replicator 1, 2 or clones. Reused most of the parts of original makerbot including thermocouple, heat cartridge, cooling fan, filament blower. Will work with stock x-axis carriage, but I suggest the included carriage as it provides better clearance.
