Drawer Slide Mounting Bracket Right Hand Side. Mine broke and I needed on quick. So, I printed myself one. This is for right side and I guess I can make a left side if anyone wants one. This seems to fit all the drawers in my house. Not sure how common this size is. I included the measurements.

I did not make any holes. Just drill 2 holes for screws. It's cleaner to drill hole using a drill with the size you like.
