Carry handle for v-plotter/polargraph

This is an update to my basic carry handle (thing:1393210) for a portable-ish (MDF Sheet 12mm Thick x 1220mm Length x 607mm Height) v-plotter.

The previous version wasn't comfortable, hence this update.
