15mm Camera Rail Mounts

These parts are modified from econopotamus' tubeholder and tubeholder with tripod flange designs.

I made a narrow versions of the tubeholder and modified the tripod flange to accept a 1/4-20 insert and ridge to attach a specific camera mounting plate.
