Printrbot Simple Y Upgrade Fan Mount

This is an enhancement to the Printrbot Simple Y Upgrade done by iamjonlawrence. Jon, thank you! Because of your excellent work, my print volume is increased over 400%. I printed my parts in PLA, and found that I really needed a cooling fan for the Y motor to keep the plastic from softening and sagging. I went the safe route with a separate power supply and switch.
