Football skulpture made from wood

Just ready for the european football championship here comes my contribution - a football skulpture made with wooden bars(mathematically its a truncated icosahedron).

Partlist
* 9 Wooden bars OD=6mm, 1 meter
* 1 Wooden bar OD=16mm, 1 meter
* Print the Mold given
* Wood Glue

Total cost of wood is about 8 Euros

Tools: Saw, 6mm Drill, Rubber Tape, Vise

Instructions:

* Cut the 6mm Rods such you get 90 bars with 10 cm each. You best tie them together and cut 9 bars at a time.
