Littlebits Connector Band (Lulzbot Mini version)

This one is based on @mathgrrl's design. Walls were made a little wider to accommodate for the larger 0.5mm nozzle on the Lulzbot Mini.
I also added a closed version, similar to the Littlebits socks.
