T2 belt clamp duplicator i3 Y-axis

I thought it would be a nice idea to integrate the stress relief for the bolts on the Wanhaou duplicator i3 in the design of the clips by joining them together.
Now you do not need zipties to keep the belts together or too relief the stress of the two mounting bolts.

The way this works is that you use the M5 bolts from the y axis.
- Put the top part on the bolt first (flat part facing the head)
- Wrap the belt around the bolt
- Put the body on the bolt wrapped with the belt
