This is a replacement part for the female side of the bike lock clamp for an old OnGuard Bulldog bike lock. The original part was probably 10+ yrs old and cracked. I'm not even sure if they make this version of the clamp any more.

Anyways, I drew it in freecad and uploaded the source in case anyone wants to take a look.
