This is a replacement collar designed for a Rainbird Battery powered hose bib mounted timer. It was fabricated by copying the dimensions of the failed part on the valve.

Edit: To clarify, this is for a Raindrip brand hose bib mounted battery powered water timer. I don't have the model number as I can't read the label anymore.
