2mm timing belt joiner/tensioner

This thing is for joining the ends of a timing belt. I made it when my Ultimaker developed a loose belt and there was no way to tighten it as it just had a spring tensioner on it. I prefer a split belt anyway as if you need to replace it you don't have to disassemble the machine!
