P3 Steel Z-Axis Support

I designed this part because I have not found the support to secure the z axis threaded rods on top of the structure for version 4 of the frame.
The bearings are 625ZZ. The hole to insert the bearings is 16 mm diameter, even if the bearings are 15 mm for the difficulty of removing all of the support material.
I also added a top cap to hide threaded rod and nut bar.
