small lazy-susan bearing adapter

My lazy-susan bearings are a little smaller and they do not fit to the original holes so i designed an adapter to help center and hold the bearing. no longer need for screws, just glue the adapter and snap in the bearing.

you need 2 of bearing_adapter and anoter 2 in mirror
