72hr TF2Jam Summer 2016 Spy knife design

This is my entry for tf2map's summer 2016 72hr tf2 jam. This model should be able to make a fully rotating balisong knife almost identical to the one used by the spy in tf2.

V2 I changed the scale of the knife as well as the handles. The tolerances were changed so that the handles can snap over the pegs on the knife. If anyone needs that tolerance changed for them I can easily do that. I removed the latching mecinism for the time being but I hope to get them working in a v3.
