16mm button bracket w/ Two Screws

The original design by UWHR is fantastic, I'm using four of them, but I found that they had a tenancy to spin around since there was only one (centered) screw holding it in place. This remix just adds a second screw hole and offsets the original one so it's symmetrical.

I am not a 3D professional by any means, if you have suggestions or find a mistake, don't hesitate to let me know!
