16oz Packer Container

This is a standard, off the shelf 16oz packer container with M style threads per the SP400 standard. The threads/neck finish have been slightly modified from the requirements of SP 63-400 to be optimal for 3D printing in that the thread's "T" (Maj diameter) dimension is approx 2mm smaller and the "E" dimension is approx 1.5mm smaller. This facilitate a smooth fit with mating threads as both items were printed and not vapor polished.
