There are a bunch of these out there but I wanted one that was light on material usage but still durable enough to support the weight of 16 sticks. I also wanted it to fit nicely in to a 6x8" static bag for long-term storage. Each channel is 134mm wide and the alignment tabs only reach in 2mm on either side, providing clearance for all standard DIMM/RDIMM formats from DDR2 to DDR5. As provided, 30mm tall sticks (the 1U standard) is built in, but if you have taller modules you can use the customizer to add to that. Use the actual height of your sticks (maybe +1-2mm if you want a little extra), it'll add two more on top of that for the stacking interface. I'd use 59mm for this parameter if you've got 2U modules. Holds 16x sticks without heatsinks or 8x sticks with heatsinks. Provided profile is for use with Fiberon PETG-ESD and it prints very nicely.
