The name says it all on this one, but here is the breakdown:

Hardware:
1 x M5x10 Sockethead - Mr. Metric
1 x M5 Square nut - Mr. Metric

NOTE:
You are going to need at least a 200mm x 300mm print area to run off the model.

REVISION: I altered the hanger / bumpers to allow for a proper tool to be used during the anchoring of the part(s).
