DC's Starman (Jack Knight) Cosmic Staff

Was talking with a friend about the DC superhero Starman aka Jack Knight, and I took an interest in attempting to mode out the head of his Cosmic Staff.

I've sized the models so that they fit atop a 2inch thick pvc pipe if someone wanted to use it for a costume. (if it's too large, just add some craftfoam/epoxy so it bonds/fills snuggly over the pvc, and if it's too small, drill/sand it till it fits).
