Ultimate skateboard Wedge and Riser.

- height at inner truck-mount hole,
- angle,

- Padding on border (for wide bases),
- and rounding on corners.
Embeds angle into print on side for later reference.
Prints helpful warnings in display if too steep and resulting wedge is wrong.
