doggy cleanup bag holder. I designed this to allow inserting the bags with one already in the slot, since I've always had an issue getting the first bag into the hole (without using tweezers, pliers or something). The lid is designed to snap and hold very tightly, so you may want to scale the lid down 1 or 2%, or maybe sand things a little if you prefer a looser fit.

Attach to leader or leash with zip-ties as shown in the main picture.
