Pulley generator for small pulleys

A generator for small pulley, perhaps it will also work for bigger belts etc.. . but i only tried with small diameter belts.

The pulley in the photo is with the center part of the wheel floating in the middle, i changed that because i did not like that, there is a very low support structure under it, hard to remove and the new design actually has less material ( a bit less..)..


8/25/2016 : wheelHeight did not seem to work in customizer, changed that..
