Figure 9.1

I love 3D stuff. After I made a few Figure 9s, I experimented with some changes. The most useful was adding another rope pinch point and a few tabs to keep ropes in place should they loosen off. To print, just grab the stl and scale in your slicer to suit whatever rope sizes you use. I've found starting with an overall length of 55mm suits most ropes 2-5mm. Cheers.
