gCreate gMax Shorter E3D BL Touch Mount

I was having problems adjusting my BL Touch. It was a little too close to the bed so I always ended up having to nearly completely compress the springs to set the proper nozzle to bed gap. When the springs compressed, the touch sensor would angle to the side. This caused problems fine tuning the bed gap.

I re-drew the gCreate supplied E3D compatible mount to shorten it a little. I also enlarged the adjuster screw holes and thickened the base plate to accommodate heat set inserts. The brass t
