Small Mounting Plate for Makerslide V-wheels

The mounting plate included in the Makerslide Carriage Plate thing (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:12504) is too large to print on the Da Vinci Jr, so this is a smaller version meant to mount V-wheels on either side of a single 40x20 Makerslide extrusion.
