Hobbed Bolt and Direct Drive Cut Jig (Hobbit)

This is a jig to cut both hobbed bolts and a drive for a direct drive extruder. The little bolt hobbit was the original inspiration but had to much flex.

Select the correct stl files to print depending on the number of teeth you want as well as if you want a hobbed bolt or a direct drive (the hole size for the hobbed bolt is 8mm and 5mm for the direct drive). Use an office rubber band between the ratchet lever and the frame to keep the ratchet locked into the gear teeth.
