P3Steel Y-axis idler for 5mm bore H-type idler pulley

This is a remix of toolson's Y-axis idler, made to use a 5mm bore H-type idler pulley with integrated bearing.

For the P3Steel 2 / 2.5, not sure whether it fits other versions.
