Makerbeam Tie Ribbon

The original model had issues. The main one was it was scaled down 10x from the size needed. It also had non-manifold faces. I fixed those issues because I had need to bond 2 sections of Makerbeam (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3412) horizontally.
