Volvo 2003 XC70 Gas Tank Cover Removal Tool

This is a tool to remove the gas tank cover ring on a 2003 Volvo XC70. It may work for other models, but I'm not sure which ones. The center hole is sized to fit a piece of 2 inch x 2 inch dimensional lumber. I've uploaded the Autodesk Fusion 360 file in case you'd like to modify anything.
