T-Mount(M42) to Canon EOS Adapter

I just bought Kelda lens 500mm f/6.3 from ebay. The lens look a lot like Samyang 500mm. However, there are no canon-mount provided. So I adapt the EOS-female side from "Canon EF Extension Tube v1 - 50mm by martinmunk" and create T-Mount by using "T42 to Canon EF-S lens Adapter (Work in progress) by Bootdsc" as a mold.

I print it with Prusa i3
Height 0.2mm
Nozzle 0.4mm
No support is require.
43 minutes and it ready.
