i3 y-idler with tensioner - sturdy version

The one I made from richard_j_m design broke, so I tweaked his model a bit to be more thick and sturdy.
The part itself is now about 4mm wider and 5mm longer; however all mounting distances are the same. Bearing bolt holes are no longer too close to the edge.
