Customizable nameplate

My first OpenSCAD module. Enter your name, compile, then export as a .stl.

Must be in the same directory as [WriteScad](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16193). Extract the WriteScad zip, place nameplate.scad in the same directory, then run nameplate.scad in OpenSCAD.

Let me know if you know how to slice into a string or convert a string to an array in OpenSCAD. I couldn't figure it out.
