MK2 Pinda setup template

This is a simple test piece. It is designed to be used to help setup the pinda sensor on a Prusa MK2 printer to save the nozzle hitting the bed due to incorrectly positioned pinda sensors.

I have not tested this on any printers so please use with caution. I will upload an updated version with the correct size shortly.
