Customizable Vacuum Crevice Tip With Offset

Loved @zivbot's crevice tool, but for my application I really needed to offset the nozzle from the base. So took a few minutes to add an extra term and tweak the code a bit.

This is a really quick and dirty mod just to meet my needs, could probably be done a bit better.

Default settings aren't the greatest, if you get too close to the edge the bottom of the nozzle gets too thin as you can see in the one photo I added. As long as you watch out for that it works pretty well otherwise.
